A recap on street style on London Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2016-17 day 1 at Brewer Street Carpark back in early February. As usual, the street was way overcrowded with people attending fashion shows, securities, photographers, tourists, and obviously the cars!! Since it was only just the first day, I expected that not a lot of people were going to be there yet just because NYFW had just ended a day before. I finally got a chance to bring my Nikon f100 to try out shooting in film on a not-so-hectic day comparing to later days during fashion week. 

The sun in London could be deceiving sometimes. In a moment, it was sunshine winter, and ten minutes later, the sky could just be white. You just never know. So, I basically layered myself up and brought sunglasses along just in case the weather stayed nice like this. I also brought my film camera along originally for the food photo, but unfortunately it was too dark to capture one. Anyway, it was thrilling to see the photos getting processed and also not remembering what was being captured on a particular day especially when you friend was taking photos for you not knowing it was a film camera. Thankfully they turned out nicely. 

It was a Friday morning that we went for brunch at Monocle cafe in Marylebone area. It was relatively quiet and was a nice walk from the station to the cafe itself. The cafe, though, didn't meet my expectation considering the pricing and all. However, the atmosphere was good for chitchatting and a company since Kobe days.
