Across Venezia

5 Dec 2015: a hectic day for us as tourists, trying to fit the every destinations we wanted to go in one day despite taking a very long time at each spot for photo session. While it was still AM, we stopped by at Caffe Florian (apparently the oldest coffee house in continuous operation since 1720) at St. Mark's Square, where we had brunch like a champion. The grand meal really fueled us up for the big day ahead including stops at Murano and Burano Islands. We didn't spend much time at each place, but the commuting part did waste us a lot of time. Personally speaking, these two destinations are quite similar. For somebody who has only little time as a tourist, Burano would probably look better in photos because of its bright colorful architecture. However, Murano is bigger, although not as colorful as Burano. It is the right place for shoppers who are looking for glass accessories and souvenirs, and most of these photos were taken in Burano.
